This hotel is nice, and has wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find parking, which I remembered fondly. I highly recommend trying the breakfast during your stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The Dorpat staff were all very friendly and helpful from reception to room service. The hotel is very well placed beside the convention centre and just a short pleasent walk to the town centre.

Very nice hotel. Central, walking distance to the city, busstaton just out side. Spa in the building. Nice view if you are on the right side.Restaurant is OK, you don't have to leave the building at all.

Spacious family accommodation with adequate breakfast options.
The air conditioning was practically non-functional. Despite being advertised as complimentary, parking came with an unexpected fee of €5.50, quite frustrating. The noise from the street made it challenging to find peace, especially at night.

The hotel is in the very central location so close to the town centre. The single room is silent with water bottles, splendid view, as for instance. Enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

the hotel met my needs. the property was straightforward and the location was favourable and unbeatable right by the bus terminal, river, a market place with fresh fruits and berries and bridges. excellent staff members at reception desk, everything was really good.

This hotel is fine if the temperature outside is less than 25. If not, you are not going to use your room until 10 in the night because it's very hot. Nor air conditioning, nor fan. Unfortunately for us the temperature was 37.

I liked the location, the interior with the room numbers written on the floor instead of the doors was pretty interesting, I also liked the view I had from my window and the friendliness of staff; we just ended up eating at the restaurant and it was all good..surprised of some of the negative comments here, my experience was totally positive.
